shifting your frequency to gratitude

This is the most important thing I ever have to contribute to someone around me that's having a hard time drinking something healthful.

So, you're holding this glass with IF2 and water in it.
You hold it, look at it. Let gratitude radiate throughout your body. Is it a prayer? Maybe - if you see it that way. But you are entering into a frequency of calm *not anticipation OR reluctance*. Say out loud or to yourself 'this is a recipe of healing things to help me - the Earth gives freely and each one of these things is a portrait of the greatness here on this planet. I am grateful that these simple things will help me find balance. Thank you that I live a life and in a time where this glass's contents are available for me.'

I hold the glass and I say 'this is liquid salad. all the smells of greens and veggies, the beautiful colors, the enzymes, minerals and vitamins that are grown on this beautiful planet are put into a painting in this cup and I've added clean water to it. I am so grateful that I have liquid salad and I'm going to feel sooooo good in just a few minutes. Thank you.'
