Which exact species of kelp is in your alk drink???

Hi, Jasmine!

If you do a search here at the Ask Moreless forum, you will find considerable info about how different the diff species of seaweed can be in nutritional content, particularly sodium/potassium ratios.

In your case digitata laminaria may be a good choice??? It is best for hotter weather and/or those overweight or already high in sodium. D.L. kelp has higher potassium content.

Good to see you here working to improve our health!

I hope and pray that you will have swift success!!!

Di
