Boiling water kills most bacteria but not the chemicals, i.e. flouride, etc.

I too use the hot water attachment to the coffee pots at work because it's better than nuking it.

The company carries deer park water but it's in a #7 plastic bottle. #3, #6 and #7 plastic bottles leech chemicals into the water. So, I carry water to work in a #5 bottle.

I have read a lot over the years and water is so important. Also, I haven't used a microwave for approx 8 years because they destroy the nutritional value of food and even can change its chemical makeup.

Well, my quest continues for the "best water" to drink to aid in removing and/or prevent the formation of new stones.
