gallbladder pain, need advice

for about 3 months now on and off i am having some horrific pain in my stomach, it starts off in my upper right hand stomach and almost instantly swings around to my middle back and most of the time last for hours. I stay up all night crying and today i had to call of work. I have been putting off the doctor and hospital because i just started this job and am on probation for another month and a half till i get insurance. Can anyone suggest or guide me on what to do. i will try anything! once you have this pain you never want it back
