Well, I live in a pretty secluded area, so I do go outside without my headscarf, outside in my patio. So the only exposure I really get is parts of my arms, face and feet.

For sure there is no nude bathing, lol. So vitamin D is a problem. There is never any swimming or short wearing for muslims. I do take a calcium and D3 supplement. But from what I am reading, it is not near enough.

I recently saw Chrisb1 article on Alzheimers and D3 and turmeric.

Funny, no one ever ask me that before, you get two points.
