Re: How to make saliva PH more alkaline?
Hi JessicaUK
To get introduced to the Ask Moreless forum may I suggest that you take a look at this post

Then you can go further by going to some of the links found within. You can also use the search engine, and of course follow LD D advices.
You can also pick randomly older pages of this forum posts to get a feeling of the teaching of Moreless. We all learned quite a lot here. So you will.
Taking BS in the long run may disturb the potassium/sodium ratio and that ratio to the calcium/magnesium ratio.
BS is known to increase the urine pH. Potassium on the other hand may increase the saliva pH. If you want to persist with alkalizing with the BS you should consider taking potassium bicarbonate or potassium citrate. However, even with the potassium added it will never have the benefit of the Moreless Alkalizing drink. Are your bones and other organs made of sodium, potassium uniquely?
If you've been in acidosis for quite sometime, then you will be deficient of a lot of different minerals and most probably of calcium.
If you don't want to consider the whole ML drink, at least take some Blackstrap Molasses. Kelp is also good. These two have a lot of minerals, but in different ways. Read this post

to understand more the ingredients in the ML drink.
Whatever path you decide to take, I wish you Good Luck
