My Psoriasis experience, could this help you too?

I have been battling to keep my Psoriasis under control since I was 6 years old. Now 21, I've gone through school, extra carricular activities and jobs very concious of my looks. By the time I was 16, my Psoriasis covered 65% of the total surface area of my skin. I've tried injections, light treatments, pills (including methal trexate, the cancer drug), and thousands of dollars in creams. Two months ago I walked in to a convenience store, and the lady there had another customer with Psoriasis. Not as bad as mine, but certainly uncomfortable for her.

She said that this customer had tried "Doak Oil", and it drastically improved in a short amount of time. So I marched over to the nearest Wall-Mart, and asked the pharmasist if they had any. They do have it behind the counter, and no prescription is needed (well, in Ontario anyway, not sure about elsewhere). I got mine for $12.99.

There was two strengths available, a 2%, and a 10%. I got the two percent. Instead of using as directed, I fitted a spray nozzle on the top of the bottle and would spread directly on my skin twice daily. Morning and Evening.

**I did not have any sort of reaction, but I can't rule out the possibility for other people. **

Within these two months, my Psoriasis went from being extreemly scaley, itchy and bloody to only scars! The scars are also fading. I am no longer itchy. I do not need to change my bed sheets daily anymore. My clothes have no more blood stains. My scalp is not full of flakes.

If you try it, and it works, please keep using it until the scars are completely gone. I went through a few periods where it didn't seem to be working, which lasted up to 2 weeks, but I kept using it. I'm glad I did.

In my personal experience, I found that if I discontinue use of anything before the scars fade, it comes back much more quickly. I have only got it down to scars, with no psoriasis twice in the entire time I have had it, including with the Doak Oil. I truly believe this will keep my Psoriasis under control for the rest of my life, I've never had this much confidance in any treatment before. I just had to pass it on because so many people have to fight to keep it under control. Tweet
