Belly getting bigger everyday - worried

Hello all,

I have had slight high blood pressure in last four weeks and with a few things it has come down. However, my belly keeps on growing and growing. I do have a kidney cyst on my left kidney which also feels like it getting larger.

I do not know how can I tell if I do not have leaky gut, also what if the cyst is bursted and leaking out.
