Re: breastfeeding and hair fall

For starters, you could start using the Borax and Ascorbic Acid (vitamin C powder) for hair washing as prescribed by Dr. Clark. It's really soft on your hair, and doesn't strip the nutrients like commercial Shampoos and conditioners do.

- Here is my success with it!

OK, I've tried this so many times and had all kinds of results. I gave up many many times, and I think the first time I tried it was more than 2 years ago! I've finally got it!!! My big mistake was I was using to much of the borax liquid soap!

Here are my basic directions:

About 2 TBS Borax Powder goes in 1 quart jar of Water. OK, My hair comes about to my shoulder blades and I'll use about 1-2 TBS of the liquid/water soap! (not the powder!) I just pour it in my hand, rub my hands together as if I am lathering it, then rub it into all of my hair and scalp. Wash it out really well, then fill a different quart jar with water and 1/4 tsp of Vitamin C power (Ascorbic Acid) and rinse my hair slowly with it, making sure to get everything. Then, rinse really well again with water. - (I used to get confused about whether I should rinse out the ascorbic acid rinse.) Any way, this has been working really well for me for the past 4 days, and I'd just like to encourage you to try it. Everyone has different hair, and your water is different, so you may need more or less, but try different things!

Also, MSM http://www.msm-msm.com seems to be very helpful for growing healthy hair and finger nails. Carrots are another thing that are REALLY good for hair growth. There are so many ways to cook them and eat them raw! I like to add them, grated, to Potato Salad and there was a recipe for a Carrot pie (kind of like pumpkin) in Zapper Shipper's blog that looked really interesting! (I'm getting ready to try it :D ) Any way, those are the first things that come to my mind! Do you have a good mineral suppliment of iron, zinc and all the main ones? You may want to get a liquid based one.

Hope this helps!
