please help...potassium

I have adreanl fatigue.. The ridiculous 99mg at the health food store is a joke! I have to take 30 pills a day, and it is WAYYYY too expensive.
I have a banana every day..I try to also eat avocadoes everyday.

I live in Sweden/Europe and need to find somewhere to get high doses of potassium. I am having severe twitching, and cramping pain...I had a hair analysis and it was really really low and that was a few months ago.

Please please, someone tell me where I can buy GOOD potassium...either pharmaceutical or high doses of it..
I did a search here and could not find anything of help...

Is it postassium Iodide I need?
