i think i have EC, but i may not.

Basicially it all started sometime last febuary. I got some red irriation just above the corner of my lip. It was like a cold sore or something, or at least i think it was. I sort of scratched it out, than for two weeks i got sick. I lost about 25 30 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. Sometime after my face started to get red and the knuckles on my fingers would pulse red for no reason. This red mark persisted for a while and i tried puting vit e, bio oil, aloe vera gel. The thing would come back weeks months later. When i went to the doctor he told me to go to the dermatologist. Meanwhile, my lips started to develop a really dry flaky skin that covered my lips, both upper and lower. They peeled a little bit, but i had this light thin white flaks of skin attached to my lips, and around my lips. At one point the skin above my upper lips got a red rash on it covered with a yellow than white layer of skin. It lasted a while, and i think it actually damaged that layer of skin. Everyday now, i have these dry lips and almost everyday there are these little white flakes on them. Its not always peeling like some of the pictures i see. General discomfort with my lips,and especially irritation around my lips. The only thing that i found that helped was drink a whole lot of water. Tweet
