Herbal Recipe to Regrow Hair

Hello all.

I'm a 27 year old male who has thinning hair occurring (as well as graying, but that's not really bothering me :-). I'd like to know if anyone knows of a good herbal recipe out there to regrow my hair.

I saw someone named Chris who had used a recipe of zinc sulphate and b6 pyridoxal mixed in distilled water. He had said it yielded great results. Has anyone had any success using this combination??
