spot on V, there are plenty of walking around versions of the points you have been making. Insulin resistance is also beginning to be seen in younger and younger people. There are many teenagers in Aus, and I'm sure in America, who already have insulin resistance/estrogen dominance. 3 out of 5 of my own daughter's friends have pcos. These are young women who should be in the prime of their reproductive years , but instead they have to go through the rounds of fertility treatments (hormone replacement etc) in order to 'try' to get pregnant. This coupled with falling fertility rates in young men, is a recipe for frustration and pain.
If you want grandchildren, give your daughters iodine!!!
