UT distilled water and ph

I've gone back to UT a few days ago. I'm finding there's an enormous difference in the ph of my urine than a couple of years ago, when I drank spring water, while I now drink distilled water. No matter how clean I eat, the pee stays sour. Before, this was never an issue at all. Whenever it tasted sour, it was enough for me to drink a glass or 2 of water and that was it, ph was put in place.
(Actually at the time I even added Himalayan salt to it, now I wouldn't because all that sodium chlorite didn't have a good effect on my body, in my view).

So now I'm a bit concerned. I began using distilled water this winter, and it was a choice I always thought a no brainer. But putting on the balance, the low ph at one side and the inorganic minerals on the other, I now doubt which is the one to avoid more.

The distilled water I'm using is from bottles.
