What is your saliva pH. I've always had a very thick coating, but after starting on the protocol I only get it some times, when I don't eat right.
Are you testing your fruits and veggies with a refractometer?
Are you monitering your saliva and urine pH?
Are you eating protein for dinner or 5 hours before sleep?
Do you eat junk food?
Are you doing the protocol at all? Bath soaks? Foot soaks? Mg from Epsom salts with meals?
