Re: Molly - Permaguard?

You have to get Food Grade! Not the stuff from the garden supply. Food grade is actually used in many bakery products as filler. It will not hurt you at all and you can't take too much.

Google Diatomaceous Earth Food Grade. I think the site I ordered it was from Earth Works or something like that. Permaguard is supposed to be the best. It's really cheap and you don't need much.

Get a tank for drinking water. Put a tablespoon of the earth in the tank and let it settle. The DE will saturate the water. Then each time you add more water, it will mix with the saturated water. You only need to clean out the water tank every 6 months. My husband and I have a 2 gallon tank in our fridge. We pour a bit more DE in the water every 5 gallons or so just to hedge our bets. We distill our own water, so we have a pure a water as we can. But you can use any drinking water and this will work.

The DE in the water (silica) will absorb easily if you do this. I can already tell with my hair, nails and skin.

There is a bunch of stuff written about it in The Truth in Medicine forum.
