Some people on this forum report taking as much as a gram of SSKI a day with no ill effects. I'm much more conservative than that; I would stick to between 50 and 100 mg per day of SSKI (or Lugol's + oj) and 4-5 mg of magnascent (10-12 drops). But different bodies react differently. Start out low and titrate up a few increments a day until you reach a dose that seems to work for you. Whatever amount you settle at, I'd recommend taking the weekends off (pulsing) to keep your body from getting stuck in a rut.
