Vitamin B12 Deficiency

I've spent time researching Vitamin B-12 deficiency and think that is what I have. All of my symptoms fit.

I've purchased Vitamin B12 - 3000 mcg (menthylcobalamin) sublingual lozenges,

- TMG (Anhydrous Betaine) 750 mg, - I accidentally bought tablets but powered it before taking)

- and Grape Bitters.

I took two B12's this morning - 6000 mcg.,
- 1 TMG
- Amino Acid complex (1 gram) and
- 1 L-Glutamine (500 mg)

Does this sound ok to you?

What should I be taking along with these things? Or maybe I should ask is there anything I should avoid?
