That sounds just like me too - I'm 5'6 and used to weigh 120. Now I'm just over 160. It definitely feels like I've lost control over that aspect of my life.
It's tough to stay at a healthy weight with my sedentary job and studying all the time. This thread has really increased my motivation to take some action. I'm going to do a fresh veggie juice fast (fruit juice has way too much sugar).
I'm a bit worried about losing and then gaining it all back again, that's been my biggest problem. Getting over my binging habit has been a long road, but it's something that has to be dealt with before seriously fasting because otherwise the fasting will just trigger binging again.
