One food that I found really helpful and I still eat is
kicheree, which is basmati rice and mung dal, to which I often add spinach rather than the usual cilantro.
Turmeric is also added which is very good
Also I like to add onion and coriander seed powder and sometimes coconut oil instead of ghee. Both coconut oil and ghee are good antinflammatory fats. Its easy to make ghee yourself, I'd avoid other oils except olive
You can eat kicheree alone several times a day it's a very good food for digestive problems
Rice is very good but basmati is best, as the fibre in brown can be irritating depending on your state
Apple sauce is good if not sour
Diluted fresh live yoghurt should be good if not too sour
A little chicken breast maybe ok and a little fresh fish
