Thanks for your reply. I haven't had any emotional traumatic events in the past. Just the excess of stress. It's interesting that you'd suggest EFT because another person also suggested EFT too. My plan is to see a neurologist and if he/she can't find anything wrong with me, I plan to see a stress counselor. I think a stress counselor also provides EFT so it's something I can look into. Tweet
