Hot flashes in feet or legs???

Does anyone have a weird sensation with kind of a really
hot 'flash' in their feet or legs? It's there and gone
in just a few seconds. Also tingling or kind of a burning
feeling in the feet? Are these associated with diabetes?
Does anyone know? Thanks Andy
