Anyone have a Mirena I can borrow?

Am about to buy a Mirena online and just wanted to check one last time to see if someone has a used one I can borrow. My doctor of oriental medicine needs it to clear my body of the negative side effects. I would be hugely grateful if someone has one they would lend me.
