DON’T LET THE BONE SHATTER! Do protect at all costsssss. USE and I mean USE ..not just carry the crutches. I have a shattered hip..and compression fractures of the spine…from auto accident and a secondary accident working on ladder around the house.. The hip was screwed, pinned (as best could be and I can walk without notice..UNLESS I’ve been doing stuff..like I’ve weed/trim cut, with a gas trimmer..for two/three hours yesterday…and today is a “no do” day. ) Once a weight bearing joint is damaged…you will always have to live/work around the damaged. And if you’re diabetic (as you also posted in the diabetes forum) you can get in a major healing crises quickly and the recoup…or down time physically will not be healthy ..as no exercise and the stress will have a negative growth within diabetes treatment/management. So, …again…don’t further damage a weight bearing joint…you will be very sorry. Couple questions do you drink carbonated drinks (diet or regular) and are you getting some sunshine? …please research those drinks and what they may do to your bones and research another topic the sunshine factor/soft bones …and additionally moreover with diabetes.. Much to research looks like you are…diatomaceous earth, "DE", is a new topic here on CZ (curezone) I'm currently...newly doing..FYI...
