rogaine vs propecia

I have been using rogaine for about 3 months. I stopped using it because I started growing an enormous amount of facial hair. I started growing an extreme amount of facial hair on my cheek bone area and above my eyebrows which made my eyebrows alot thicker. I never had hair in those areas until I started using rogaine. I was thinking about trying propecia and was wondering if anyone knows if the same thing can happen with that product.
