Thanks for all of your patience. As you can see, I am a big question asker. I have 'spiritual' experiences myself like almost nightly OBE's that happened spontaneously when I started dabbling in the occult and reading metaphysical material. Otherwise, before that I never experienced OBE's when I was younger in the more strict christian religion my parents had me in.
Usually with my OBE or lucid dreaming I will notice a starriness to my body or just simply my own body. Maybe this is just dreaming but it sure feels like an OBE to me when I go to sleep with all the funny noises (bells, bees) and sensations I'm feeling like rushing wind going past me as if I'm traveling with the speed of light or some type of energy very pleasantly dancing on my chest. It is so weird. I get frightenend, terribly frightened so I keep my "eyes" closed. I can feel and perhaps see a white light encircling me. My eyelids light up so bright, but I'm too afraid to open my eyes. I'm glad I'm given the choice to keep my eyes closed. I'm so chicken. Tweet
