I don't take the stool out of the towlet. I pull whatever is in the stool out with either chopsticks or a long handled spoon like an ice tea spoon, that works well for me. I pull everything to the side of the wall of the towlet then take it with my hands which I wear those throw away gloves and scoop it in the spoon and take it and put it in the sink of water to wash it off before putting it on the plate for a picture. That is if you are going to take a pic. Then I sanatize the sink and the towlet bowl, very important.

I am hoping Rg see's this post because I have a question for him.

I have noticed that when I am doing the Humaworm cleanse and the critters are dying, there is a very distinct smell. The bm smell is different when I am not seeing any critters in the towlet.

This is my question. Is the smell from the herbs? or is it the dead critters? Donna
