Ya, I would start with Iodine painting myself. 50/50 on 5% Lugols. I also use Colloidal Silver and keep a site moist for as long as I can, which means misting a site every few minutes over a couple of more hours.

And watch.

If results are not forthcoming, or a little more aggressive approach is thought necessary, I'd weigh whether a biopsy of a skin aberration is needed before I opted for black salve. If one thinks they are at the black salve point, I'd really consider whether a biopsy was needed, first.
