Re: DHT Production, Prostate and Zinc

Deeoh,

From my studies of hair loss, DHT is the cause. One of the "cures" was to take saw palmetto. It is interesting that saw palmetto is packaged "for good prostate health". I am currently going to the doctor for a prostate infection. It causes my right testicle to be sore. The testicle has been sore for about 6 years. It finally got to the point I couldn't deal with it. After reading your post I came to a realization. I had the most healthy, full head of hair up until about 6 years ago. That is when it started receeding. I have been fighting it ever since. I am 30 and don't want to be bald, especially after having "hair of the God's".

I am going to work on my mineral deficiency and try and get more anti-oxidants into my body. I also am going to get more Sea Salt and water into my body. I am thinking of doing one of those cleansing deals. I just stumbled upon this site today, so I have a lot to read about.

To sum it up: Healthy prostate. Zinc. Anti-oxidants. NO DIERETICS (alcohol, cola, coffee).

Over the last several years I have had all of the bad and none of the good. That is changing as of now.
