Yes - you´ve found the right place - although directing you to the "right" Forum would depend on a number of factors. You´ll just have to browse around and find out what´s best for you, since everyone is different!
I personally find the cleansing forums very interesting: bowel, kidney and liver cleanse. Also the Ask Moreless Forum, the News and the Oil Pulling Forums are personal Favorites.
