Okay thanks, how did you do the cleanse, which one? I would like to do one asap, even though I'm being told to not yet by some.
But my internal itch is maddening, and I need to heal my liver so I can resume eating normally sooner than later!

Could you specifically outline exactly how you did/do your liver flush?
