msm is organic sulphur...you can buy it with vitamin c added...very good for you...just make sure you get a good one....I take Dr. Sandra Cabot's although I am in Australia...But she did training in the states as well and i remember when i was there i saw some of her stuff in the health food stores...anyway want to read about it go to a good internet site..just type in
