Re: Spare Ribs with Dry Rub Recipes

I wish. I no longer want to cook so well. Then hubby would expect great things coming from me. Mo123, number one rule, do not exceed so much that you have to come up with bigger expectations.
I'm kidding. I just been so busy with food survival preparations. I wish I had all that done...

Back to being Mrs. Alton Brown...
I would be content to know if what I know was the best way.

I still have so much to behold in cooking. Example Flax
to use in place of cooking oil for egg. maybe the flax people was thinking this was a healthy way to use their product?
You set me straight.

That is why Experts appear on A.B.'s show.
A.B. does present dilemas and answers. Maybe A.B. ?'s
things sometimes???

-------------------
Enjoyed Good Eats last nite. A.B.presented (Old FASHIONED)Coconut Cake Recipe. He seems to show alot of his granny's recipes on the show like chocolate fry pie.
--------------------
A.B. showed a different icing recipe from mine.
A.B. failed to use cream cheese in the icing?
A.B. recipe seemed better than mine in that he showed ways
to enrich more coconut flavors to his batter cake.
I need to go back and write recipes AB showns for the
coconut milk recipe and the coconut water recipe, and a
coconut vodka extract.
I was impressed to learn how to enhance a batter this way.
Pretty smart those Old Fashion Cooks.
