The software is probably just scanning curezone and replying to all the messages, so the more you post here the more spams you may get.

They are also probably harvesting emails - for those who might be naieve enought reply. I did not click on the link because it was clear that it was written by a non-english spoken person, and was quite generic to anyone. I have seen this kind of thing many times.

In actual fact it is a flaw in curezone that needs to be addressed. The email verification check should ensure that a only a human replies.
