Hi Bernadette - No, thankfully I was lucky that I never really experienced any hypoglycemia. I was very diligent with making sure that I was eating enough to fuel my body. I'm a Clinical Nutritionist, so I'm pretty in tune with my nutritional needs & what I need to eat to keep it running smoothly.
When I did feel sluggish or fuzzy headed I made sure to eat some sort of protein. This always seemed to help with the fog head and depression. The amino acids in protein foods are like food for your brain :)
