Re: need some tips about candida leaky gut and red skin dots .
Hi Fredde,
I can relate to your problems. The road to better health is like an onion. You have to start with the top layer and peal away slowly. I have worked with a great health practioner here in the US who helped me with my candida, leaky gut and adrenal problems. The product that helped me the most with leaky gut was from a company called Nuti-West called "Leaky Gut Syndrome" in the US. They also have adrenal herbal remadies and so much more. You can get it on line if you google it. It may take up to three months to start to feel better maybe longer. Also it is good to start controlling the candida. I have been taking grapefruit seed extract 10 drops 3 times a day. And I am starving the candida with a basic diet of just cooked veggies and protein. No sugar, anything white, no grains, dairy, fruit for two weeks. You will probably experience what is called Herkimers reaction where your symptoms will feel worse for a while. Please do not despair you will feel better. After the two weeks on this diet ( I suppliment with a yeast, wheat, corn and
Sugar free multivitamin with trace minerals, vitamin B complex, omega 3,6,&9) one can start to add foods very sparingly and note what kind of reaction you have to the introduced foods. Keeping a journal helps. I have not done a liver cleanse yet. I take a product called Emerald Balance that has all the good greens like spiralina, chlorella and lots of other goodies especially some milk thistle( for liver health).
I have been doing some reading on soy products and seems that it may not be as good for us as we thought. Do your homework you are your best health advocate. We can get advice from other people, but we ourselves have to do the work. Listen to your body. It will pay off. Hard as it may be. All of what I have suggested has worked for me. It has been a huge trial and error period and I still am fighting candida. At times I do not follow the diet I am supposed to and I fall back a few steps. Then I get back on the "wagon" and have to do it all over again. We are not perfect people living in a perfect world and if we beat ourselves up over our failures then we are not helping ourselves over come the issues. I trust that you will feel better inside and out very soon.
