Transit time can be greatly effected by what type of food and what combination`s of food are being consumed.Nut`s are great for slowing the bowels and so are bananas.Beans have issues with gas and bloating.One can use digestive tonic`s to enhance bowel integrity if so inclined.I like to keep some digestive tonic along with the master tonic on hand for situations of bowel distress.A simple tonic is 1cup apple cider vinegar raw along with a cup of honey and 6 or less cloves of garlic.Blend smooth and keep in the fridge,take 1 teaspoon to start in a glass of water or juice if you must hide the taste.Seperate your foods to simplify digestion and the issue should resolve itself.
