overstretched nostrils

Hello,

I've had a problem with my nostrils being overstretched out of shape. It causes breathing problems and my nose is always stuffy, not to mention alter my appearance. The nostrils have just recently been overstretched and the stretched portion is still loose. When I push it back in place it will stay until I do something like yawn that'll restretch them out.
My question is does anybody know any natural treatments, without surgery, that can help retract the loose nostrils? I think the loose stretched portion hardens up after a long period of time, I'm not really sure. Is there anything that can repair the notrils? Anything at all? I thought of thermage but the doctor said that it probably wouldn't effect this area. I don't know what to do...Thanx
