I am getting Ph strips tomorrow. Will monitor and see how my body continues on the upward road!

I have seen tremendous changes is such a short time:
(I have to wonder how super-human I would be if I were able to soak in the tub nightly also!!)

hives smaller, less often

no calcification in my nighttime "container"

feeling stronger, more at peace, more in control of my life, more in control of my thinking processes

less pain in foot

less leg cramps

less horrible "jittery" feeling in lower half of body-(that alone can make a person go crazy!)

just so many things to thank God for...
