No personal experience, but the two most talked-about guys in town are Nicolas Tabbal and Norman Patorek. Steven Pearlman seems to be an up and comer. Goeffrey Tobias gets bad raps despite the notoriety.

I’m an Asian, and I’m deciding whether I should do it in Japan or South Korea or here in New York. I better educate myself before I get to do it. Some useful sites are:
