Given up Smoking cold turkey and joined the gym. Should I continue to fast?
I was in the high street today and I noticed there was 50% on gym membership for 6 months and no joining fee. This offer was going to end in two days. I signed up immediately. Not only that but I gave up smoking cold turkey. I just got bored of Smoking for the first time in my life.
Now normally. When I fast after two weeks I enter the energy zone. I have so much energy I need to do something to burn it off. But I haven't entered that stage yet.
I got three choices.
1: Use the Gym now.
2: Wait until I have a lot of excess energy.
3: Stop fasting now and just eat a
healthy Diet while exercising.
I'm going to try the first. I don't want to give up on the fast unless I have to. Besides It's cool running around knowing that every step you take is all 100% from your body fat. It's also cool knowing that I'm losing weight,exercising and fighting nicotine addiction. Most people struggle with these three things and I'm doing it all at the same time.
I do hope I don't collapse though. I only normally only get low blood pressure on the first few days but once in a while it comes up. My test for it is to lie in bed for 5 minutes and then stand up quickly. If I get dizzy I drink a lot of water and then lie back down.
