Re: Thyroid problems after fasting
You might want to try the Homeopathic route.
In the past several days I've been taking Thyadine which is a mixture of a small amount of Colloidal
Iodine and Homeopathic ingredients. I have gotten back some amazing energy so I am really happy with it.
I've been taking
Lugols on and off for a couple years but lately I discovered I've been having some digestive problems so I'm thinking that I haven't been properly absorbing the Lugols.
The Thydine is taken sublingualy (under the tongue) for good absorption just as other Homeopathic remedies sometimes are.
So if you want to back off from
Iodine I would try the Homeopathics by themselves without the Thyadine. The Homeopathic ingredients of Thyadine are:
************
Fucus Vesiculosis 3x— (homeopathic) for obesity, poor digestion, constipation and dietary
Iodine deficiency.
Spongia Tosta 3x— (homeopathic) improves thyroid function and relieves fatigue.
Thyroid 3x— (homeopathic) improves thyroid function, relieves cold hands and feet, improves weight loss and fatigue.
************
BTW I have been "diagnosed" about 10 years ago with Hashimotos, a seperate Endocrinologist said no that she thought I had Graves, and before that I had Symptoms of Hyperthyroid. For various reasons I'm sure after all of that I have had Adrenal Fatigue on and off for a long time.
Lately I've felt very burned out and fatigued until I started taking the Thyadine, so I'm not sure if the Colloidal Iodine is being better absorbed or if the Homeopathics are helping me.
Homeopathics have always helped me, so for you I might place my bets on them in your condition :) Maybe even the Thyadine will help you too, just use your best judgement.
