That's so great ! I made some search & found this process so interesting. They say it's only used for corn. Would you mind telling us which grains you have used ? would like so much to try as I found so hard to digest most grains apart from bread, which may not be the best grain to use.
Fermentation helps to digest the grains too,
is it best than traditional fermentation ? and is there some fermentation with this process too ?
