As usual you are missing the point Tiki.The point is that some people will choose a sure thing such as a hack govt job a insted of taking a risk and trying to do something creative such as scientific research, because the govt worker makes more money if judged over a lifetime, not that they wont become accountants etc because they don't want to be in a higher tax bracket.
