What kind of parasites effect the kidneys?

I've done some liver flushes & the intestinal protocol by Dr. Schulze (which was very worthwhile). I tried some MMS & it really rocked my world & I don't know if it was in a good way. I developed some flu like symptoms & a very painful back, shoulders, etc. (no diarrhea, though).

My lower back is still very painful. Someone suggested to me that I may have parasites in my kidneys.

Has anyone dealt with the kidneys from this perspective? What would be a good possible protocol?

I've looked over the Hulda Clark cleanse but I'm not sure if it addresses parasites in the kidneys.
