Well I take it every morning after breakfast, I take 2 ounces. Well to tell you the truth I never feel my lips inflammed. I have always had big lips so maybe thats why I never notice when they are but I have heard a lot of people here say their lips hurt or feel like on fire all the time but I have enevr felt like that.
