Only problem with that one is the protein doesn't seem to be predigested (hydrolysed) which means if your digestion is weak it will be harder to absorb, also rice protein not as good as whey protein isolate, its supposed to be much less effective for weight gain.
With the absorb plus you also need to add oil, I used udos blend which was recommended . See what works for you though and what ingredients you like best
If you can drink enough of it, that's the main thing, maybe get samples and try them
