Not trying to be negative-- but keep in mind Chlorella and other blue green algae have choline in them. If you have TMAU, this may over-ride the positive benefits of cleansing, live food by adding more choline to the system. Substances that are typically amino acid rich sometimes have higher percentages of choline. (For example Acai Berry has as much as a whole egg!!!)
How much though, I wonder? If its 20 mg, ok-- thats like a whole breakfast. If its 100mg, thats quite a bit...
Make sure to cut down choline from somewhere else if you are going to add it in with a super food.
