Re: My experience on MMS

If only clear mucous with a yellowish liquid is vomited, this could indicate you had ingested the dose on empty stomach and the yellowish/greenish liquid is typically bile.
About 2 hours after a meal the human stomach has passed almost all food to the intestines and is considered empty. Vomiting occurs upon irritation and possibly if food can not be passed to the intestines after a certain amount of time. So only under the most extreme circumstances would you ever see something that you had eaten the day before - but you would not be able to identify that.

When you ingest the whole glass with the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement dose in a fast mode all at once on a completely empty stomach, I would be surprised if no vomiting or at least terrible nausea would follow. What then happens is that the dose gets quickly passed to the small intestine - which is not welcomed neither by your intestines nor by your gall bladder/liver.
Even very healthy people may have serious trouble to ingest Miracle-Mineral-Supplement doses fast on empty stomach first thing in the morning.

Slowly zipping the dose after eating a little amount of bread or other starchy food is the recommended way to administer Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . In our family we have also made good experiences to zip MMS about 2 hours after meals. By the slow zipping after most food has passed from the stomach to the intestines, the MMS solution will stay in the stomach long enough to metabolize and absorb the reaction products of MMS.

Further, as you suspected yourself, an intolerance to citric acid may play a role in your case. It would be a good idea to test your tolerance level for the chosen activator. In any case I would propose to reduce the amount of citric acid to a 1:1 ratio - this is still sufficient to activate MMS properly, it just takes a bit more time - 10 minutes would be a good guess. On a 5 drop dose you then would have only 5 drops of citric acid instead of 25 and that makes quite a difference to your gall bladder. As discussed in many posts, there also remains the option to use unactivated doses, which however could also be unfriendly to the digestive tract in a different way.

To continue, I would stay at a reduced dose size for some time.
