Re: is lack of sodium my problem?
I'm glad that you understood what I was trying to say.
I know if can be frustrating at times when the people on this forum choose to answer indirectly or with another question.
It is done with the best intentions. The great thing about many of the people on this forum is they really think about what would be best for the people seeking help.
Often the quick yes or no answers rob the seeker of the opportunity to ponder or meditate on something themselves...To make reasoned guesses and to find their own truth through trial and error. More important than anything else, this process helps you listen to the still, small voice inside of you (God) guiding you to the healing that you seek.
Many of us who have found lasting success through applying the principles of this forum have gone through and continue to go through this process.
For me personally, the process has given me a tool set to identify truth in all aspects of my life, to act in accordance with that truth and to receive the blessings from such action.
This only happened because people cared enough about me not to give me quick answers but to challenge me to listen to the voice inside of me and find my own answers.
Stay on the path...
